The position emphasizes safety, teamwork and flexible scheduling to meet store needs. Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up, and supporting guests with returns while upholding Target policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and help guests enroll and use these features.
• Assist guests with returns or exchanges and resolve issues following Target policies.
