Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide welcoming guest experiences and assist with in-store and digital services. You will greet guests, help them find products, and ensure fast, friendly transactions while promoting Target’s loyalty programs and services.

The role emphasizes adaptability in a fast-paced store environment, collaboration with teammates, and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and warm interaction at 10ft and 4ft
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
