Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in the United States who thrives in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them locate items, resolve issues, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a friendly and efficient checkout flow.

You will work with teammates to deliver a welcoming experience, handle returns, and stay informed about Drive Up, Order Pick Up and online ordering options. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and positive language.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to use multiple device frequencies and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and help them find items or resolve issues.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Know Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering.
• Handle returns or exchanges following store policies.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
