Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and initiate warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Support team members and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Gain familiarity with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering and enrollment in Target loyalty programs.
