Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guest services across the store. You will engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and help guests navigate product features and services while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will operate on a flexible schedule with shifts posted by leaders or teammates through the myTime app. Training is provided and attendance is essential to sustain employment and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
