This role emphasizes flexibility, including picking up shifts via the myTime app and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced store environment. The position involves engaging guests, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting cash operations while upholding Target's policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
