Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate for the On-Demand Team Member role. You will engage with guests, assist with checkout, returns, and mobile app features, and help create a welcoming store experience.

The position offers a flexible schedule with the ability to pick up shifts via the myTime app and requires reliable attendance and prompt communication. Training will be provided to teach you store processes, safety standards, and how to navigate all guest services.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests at checkout, returns, and with store services including Drive Up and Order Pick Up.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and loyalty programs to help guests enroll or use them.
• Support cash handling and adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies.
