Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Bastrop, TX is hiring a Guest Activities Host / Resort Concierge. You’ll help guests plan and book activities on-site and in the surrounding area, delivering warm, personalized service throughout their stay.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences, share local insights, and respond promptly to guest inquiries. This hourly, part-time role offers opportunities for growth within Hyatt’s hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage guests confidently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Prior experience is a plus but a friendly attitude and willingness to learn matter.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18.
• Comfort with computers and Microsoft Outlook/Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Guests with Activity Planning: Help guests schedule and book a variety of activities, ensuring they make the most of their stay at the resort.


• Provide Local Insights: Share your knowledge of the property and surrounding area, recommending activities that cater to guests’ interests and preferences.


• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about all available options.


• Coordinate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
