Job summary

Hersheypark is seeking a Part-Time Attractions Operator to ensure safe and hospitable operation of all rides and attractions. You will learn and enforce safety requirements while delivering a friendly guest experience.

This role, suitable for ages 16+, offers flexible hours, outdoor work, and perks like free park admission and parking with Employee ID. Prioritize safety, teamwork, and excellent guest service as you support daily park operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Safety Sensitive position; pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to attraction SOPs and safety guidelines to operate rides safely and efficiently.
• Interact positively with guests and explain park programs including accessibility and Fast Track Pass options.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering questions about attractions.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading rides and ensure safe entry and exit.
• Check safety restraints and give safety briefings using a microphone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
