Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. seeks a full-time Guardrail Repair Technician to join the Alexandria, VA team. You will perform highway maintenance tasks, repair guardrails and signs, handle debris removal, and assist with concrete work.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and the ability to operate Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Forklift and other equipment. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm with occasional night/weekend work and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Roadway or guardrail maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Operate Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Forklift, Asphalt Roller, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks including debris removal.
• Repair guardrails and signs as needed.
• Carry out concrete repair work.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
