Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Guardrail Repair Technicians to perform highway maintenance in the Northern Virginia area.

This role is based in Alexandria, VA and includes debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete work, while following all regulations and company policies. The position requires at least 2 years of related experience, roadway/guardrail maintenance skills, and operator experience with heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Roadway or guardrail maintenance experience preferred.
• Concrete forming/repair experience appreciated.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance operations.
• Debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, concrete work.
