Job summary

Lindahl Reed Inc. is seeking a full-time Energy Efficiency Professional / Energy Engineer to serve as a Resource Efficiency Manager Level III for Joint Region Marianas, Naval Base Guam, and Camp Blaz.

The role focuses on energy-management services, energy conservation opportunities, and project development to reduce energy use and cost. The REM III will work with installation leadership and stakeholders to identify improvements, implement projects, and enhance facility resilience, reliability,

Qualifications

Requires a four-year engineering degree and/or PE registration with energy-management experience.
Energy-management background with onsite generation, storage, microgrids, and financing contracts.

Responsibilities

Conduct energy-audit walkthroughs to identify energy- and water-conservation opportunities.
Support facility teams with energy-efficient solutions for operations.
Perform design reviews to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with standards.
Provide wide-area support for renovations, repairs, and new construction to ensure energy-efficiency.
Assist with Energy Performance Contracts and with ERCIP project development.
Provide measurement and verification support and life-cycle cost analyses.
Develop and analyze distributed-energy and renewable-energy projects.
Offer training and technical support on building energy management to client personnel.
