Job summary

Green Powered Technology, LLC seeks a Resource Efficiency Manager to support DoD facilities worldwide, focusing on energy and water conservation, data analysis, and project management for energy improvements.

The REM will advise on building automation, ESPC/UESC activities, and reporting requirements, coordinating with federal staff and site personnel to meet energy metrics and security goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional facility energy management experience.
  • Active CEM or CEA credential from AEE.

Responsibilities

  • Promote energy and water conservation and optimize utility resources.
  • Research and identify energy savings projects.
  • Ensure energy measures are included in new construction and renovations.
  • Provide energy-related project design review comments.
  • Support energy-related facility repair and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to achieve energy metrics and cost savings.
  • Analyze energy meter data to benchmark building performance.
