Job summary

Lindahl Reed, Inc. in Honolulu, HI, seeks experienced energy professionals to provide Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) services at US Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll.

The REM analyzes energy systems and implements energy information management, efficiency, and resilience projects for DoD facilities. Responsibilities include energy planning, audits, and developing decarbonization strategies, with emphasis on on-site renewables, storage, microgrids, and cost-effective energy practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/science or related field.
• 5+ years in energy management or related field.
• Experience with energy projects and energy data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support energy planning and develop Installation Energy and Water Plans.
• Conduct energy audits and develop energy conservation measures.
• Develop energy efficiency improvements for facilities.
• Analyze energy, water, and other utility data.
• Provide energy training and awareness initiatives.
• Support energy resilience projects including on-site renewables and microgrids.
• Develop decarbonization and electrification solutions to reduce GHGs.
