Job summary

Black Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead Navy Diego Garcia-related work from our Guam office. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources while communicating with owners, designers, and contractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years in construction, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar program.
• Fifteen+ years of related construction experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects and manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to meet scope and deadlines.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
