Job summary

Black Construction Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Guam, coordinating schedules, budgets and resources while communicating with contractors, designers and owners. The role requires oversight of on-site teams, safety and quality, and adherence to project constraints.

Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in heavy civil or commercial construction, a relevant degree, and PE registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred or required where applicable.
• 15+ years of related construction experience with heavy civil or commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate with contractors, designers and owners on cost, staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee on-site supervision, safety, quality control and project closeout.
• Manage project teams and mentor staff; drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Interface with Navy/host facilities and regulatory agencies to maintain progress.
