Job summary

Black Construction Corporation, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Quality Control Manager for a Guam-based project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee QC engineering and inspection across civil, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical trades.

We value candidates with ten+ years in related roles and strong regulatory knowledge. You will implement QC procedures, coordinate inspections with Owner’s Rep and lead audits to ensure compliance on a multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years as a QC Manager; ten+ years in related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with USACE EM385-1-1 and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC engineering and inspection work across civil, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical installations and NDE.
• Supervise training, mentoring and performance reviews; plan corrective actions.
• Review submittals, control documents and QA/QC procedures; witness tests and inspections.
