Job summary

Mitti, a global tech company, seeks a Head of GTM for the Americas to lead strategy and execution across 50+ sales, customer success, and leadership roles. You will drive revenue growth, align regional plans with global strategy, and recruit top talent to build a world-class team focused on AI-enabled go-to-market success.

Reporting to the Global Head of GTM, you will partner with Product, Marketing and CS to optimize demand generation, renewals, and expansion, while navigating a diverse time

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven leadership in go-to-market teams.
• Experience leading Sales and Go-to-Market teams in a high-growth SaaS business, ideally in the US.
• Fluency in MEDDPICC and Sandler or Force Training.
• GTM transformation experience from product-led to sales-led growth, horizontal to industry focus, SMB to Enterprise.
• Ownership of forecasts, budgets, P&L, lead gen, and contract negotiation.
• Experience working in a truly global environment with diverse timezones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ~50-person team across AEs, CSMs, and leaders to hit revenue targets.
• Set and iterate on go-to-market strategy for the Americas region.
• Collaborate with global teams to tailor market strategies per country and industry.
