Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer on a 6-month contract to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on building pipelines for GTM roles in North America.

You will source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and creative channels, map talent markets, and collaborate with hiring managers to drive high-quality hires and strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
Proven ability to engage passive talent and build pipelines across GTM functions.
Familiarity with enterprise sales talent landscapes and compensation perceptions.

Responsibilities

Build high-quality talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, customer success, and GTM functions, with emphasis on Enterprise Sales roles.
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, referrals, and networks.
Develop outreach strategies to generate strong responses and first impressions of Pigment.
Map talent and target accounts, analyze compensation trends, and provide market feedback to refine hiring strategies.
Create talent maps and deliver market intelligence on compensation, competition, and talent availability.
Nurture long-term candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
