You will own sourcing across channels, leverage market data, and collaborate with executives to build a trusted, high-impact talent pipeline in a fast-growing AI-driven finance tech company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of internal full-cycle recruiting, with GTM focus in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Proven track record hiring for quota-carrying Sales and Customer Success roles in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of GTM orgs, talent markets, and compensation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles—from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and nurture top talent through data-driven outreach across channels.
