Stampli is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to join the People team. You will be a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, shaping recruiting strategies for Sales and Customer Success, and elevating Stampli’s employer brand.

You’ll own the candidate journey, partner with executives, and help Stampli hire exceptional people who embody collaboration and impact in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of internal full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM focus preferred.
• Proven track record hiring quota-carrying Sales and Customer Success roles.
• Strong understanding of GTM orgs, markets, and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales and Customer Success—from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Source and engage top talent via LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparency and care.
• Provide market insights and hiring analytics to guide compensation and pipeline decisions.
