Job summary

Stampli is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to join our People team in Austin/Nashville. You will own full-cycle GTM recruiting across Sales and Customer Success, partnering with leaders to craft strategies and build a strong employer brand.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, shaping the candidate journey with a data-driven approach. You will bring 3+ years of internal recruiting, with 1+ in GTM SaaS/B2B, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for exceptional

• 3+ years of internal full-cycle recruiting experience, including 1+ years specializing in GTM roles within SaaS or B2B tech.
• Strong track record hiring for quota-carrying Sales and Customer Success roles in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of GTM organizations, talent markets, and compensation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; proven ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and hiring teams.
• A passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences and elevating employer brand presence.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve recruiting performance.

What You Will Do
