Job summary

Jobtailor in New York City is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle Go-to-Market hiring for the US market. You will own intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing, while building in-house sourcing and owning the ATS.

You will design interview processes, train hiring managers, report key metrics, and partner with GTM and G&A leaders on headcount and compensation. A collaborative, fast-paced startup environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• GTM recruiting experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing.
• Proven outbound sourcing skills and hands-on ATS ownership (Ashby or Greenhouse).
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers and ability to own end-to-end processes.
• Willingness to work from NYC office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer strategy, and closing.
• Build outbound pipelines for hard-to-fill GTM positions.
• Own the ATS as single source of truth; maintenance and reporting.
• Design interview processes, scorecards, and debrief formats.
• Train hiring managers to interview effectively and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Define and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
• Lead recruiting tooling—ATS, sourcing, scheduling, and assessments.
• Partner with GTM and G&A leaders on headcount planning and compensation calibration.
