Lyra Health seeks a strategic, systems-minded professional to shape how our go-to-market organization operates across process and technology. You will partner with multiple teams to translate business needs into scalable system requirements and drive end-to-end improvements across CRM, CPQ, automation, and data integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture, and project management to deliver cohesive solutions and measurable business impact for Lyra’s Employer Solutions ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, solution architecture, or related field.
• Experience redesigning cross-functional processes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and GTM platforms.
• Experience leading multi-team technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, documentation, and improvement of end-to-end GTM processes.
• Design future-state business processes and scalable system capabilities.
• Serve as cross-functional systems integrator across GTM technology ecosystem.
• Partner with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data teams.
• Support CRM enhancements, CPQ improvements, workflow automation, system integrations, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Develop clear process maps, capability requirements, solution documentation, and decision frameworks.
• Partner with Business Analysts and delivery teams to align requirements with business outcomes.
