Job summary
Lyra Health is seeking a strategic Employer Solutions Systems and Process Manager to shape go-to-market processes and technology across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
The ideal candidate translates business needs into scalable system requirements, designs future-state processes, and partners with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, while exploring AI-driven enhancements and potential discretionary bonuses.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business systems, solution architecture, or related GTM tech.
- Experience redesigning cross-functional processes.
- Strong SaaS, integrations, and data-flow concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and related platforms.
- Ability to translate between business and technical needs.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging enterprise technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and improvement of end-to-end GTM processes.
- Design future-state processes and scalable capabilities.
- Serve as cross-functional systems integrator across GTM tech.
- Partner with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Tech, EA, Eng, Data.
- Support CRM, CPQ, automation, integrations, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation.
- Develop process maps and solution documentation.
- Ensure requirements align to business outcomes.
