Job summary

RapidWorks is seeking a technical GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain the systems, data pipelines, and automations powering pipeline generation and revenue execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will shape how RapidWorks scales go-to-market across industries and product suites, partnering with leadership to deliver scalable, low-touch workflows.

You will own lead scoring, enrichment, outbound/inbound plays, data hygiene, and AI-enabled automation,

Qualifications

3+ years in GTM Engineering, revenue/marketing ops, or growth engineering in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on GTM automations, enrichment workflows, and CRM integrations.
Proficiency in Python/JavaScript and REST APIs.
Experience with GTM data tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Make, or n8n.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and run automated prospecting and enrichment workflows.
Own lead scoring, routing, and assignment logic across inbound/outbound leads.
Architect, build, and maintain revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, automation, data warehouse).
Design scalable GTM processes across pipeline lifecycle and surface product signals for cross-sell opportunities.
Evaluate AI agents and LLM-powered workflows to improve efficiency and pipeline yield.
