Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking a strategic Business Process Manager to architect the agentic transformation of our GTM tech stack. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Strategy, ET, and Finance to design scalable, AI-ready workflows and own the end-user CPQ experience.

This hybrid, office-centric role features standard in-office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with optional work-from-home on Wednesdays, and depending on the project, Fridays.

Qualifications

• This role requires deep hands-on Salesforce and CPQ platform experience.
• Ability to map data flows and translate ambiguous needs into documented processes.
• Proven track record as a strategic partner to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, AI-ready workflows across GTM motions.
• Own CPQ strategy, requirements, and adoption health.
• Improve data integrity across Salesforce objects and GTM stack.
• Lead end-to-end UAT with robust test scenarios and edge cases.
• Ensure seamless handoffs across Deal Desk, Billing, Provisioning, and Revenue Recognition.
