Job summary

Ramp is expanding its business systems team to sustain rapid growth and align with post-sales, GTM, and quote-to-cash initiatives. You will own key systems, implement automation, and partner with Finance Operations to drive scalable processes across the organization.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, experience with LeanData and GTM tools, and a proactive, autonomous approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of Salesforce and GTM automation tools (LeanData, Outreach, Chili Piper, Workato, Hightouch).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage AI tools to automate workflows.
• A structured thinker with strong communication across audiences.
• Get-things-done mentality with autonomous problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Administer key go-to-market business systems (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong.io, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Workato).
• Build and deploy automation, validations, and applications in Salesforce.
• Enhance systems for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams; write specifications and manage end-to-end builds.
• Create and maintain clear documentation on systems builds and integrations.
