Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve our Quote-to-Cash systems, including Salesforce CPQ, contract workflows, and Billing/Core integrations. You’ll work across Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and GTM to deliver reliable revenue workflows from quote to renewal.

You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce development with systems design, data modeling, and strong commercial judgment to scale complex business processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
• Knowledge of Python and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Operate integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and related systems.
• Maintain iPaaS solutions and ensure scalable, reliable data flows.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for speed and scale.
• Write technical specs, diagrams, and process flows.
• Maintain data integrity and collaborate on code reviews.
