Rippling in San Francisco, CA seeks a Senior Manager, GTM Engineering to lead a team building AI agents, automation, and data systems that empower Marketing and Sales to operate at scale. You will translate business needs into reliable systems, partner with Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, RevOps, and Sales, and drive measurable business impact through well-architected solutions.

The role requires technical depth, leadership, and a passion for moving quickly from concept to production,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building GTM systems, marketing technology, or related software and data products.
Strong coding and SQL skills, architectural judgment, and impact on business outcomes.
Experience building automation and AI workflows with LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines.
Team leadership, clear communication across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Eng.
Product judgment, curiosity, speed, and balancing experiments with maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership and team development for GTM Engineering.
Build AI agents and campaign automation for email, ads, and sales outreach.
GTM Engineering Suite ownership of internal tools and vendors.
GTM data and activation to improve prospect coverage and personalization.
Cross-functional roadmap, define requirements, track progress, and ensure adoption.
