Job summary

Fivetran, headquartered in Oakland, seeks a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to lead quota-setting, territory design, and headcount planning as part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team. This role is based in an office-forward, hybrid environment with two days in the office weekly across multiple locations including Oakland.

You’ll work with Sales, Finance, and People; translate revenue targets into actionable plans and drive data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Solid quantitative modeling skills; able to build capacity, quota, and territory models from data.
• Working SQL and Salesforce proficiency; comfortable pulling and validating your own data.
• Ability to turn ambiguous revenue targets into concrete operating plans that support sales leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly sales quota-setting across multiple segments and regions.
• Help design balanced territories that distribute opportunities equitably and meet coverage targets.
• Partner with Field Operations to segment the installed base on a quarterly cadence.
• Contribute to headcount planning and tie ramp assumptions to the revenue plan.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategy with segmentation and coverage models.
• Design experiments to test GTM strategy and inform transformations.
