Google LLC in Mountain View or Playa Vista seeks a Commercial Strategy and Operations Senior Associate to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Launch program, rotating across GTM Product, Sales, and Enablement over an 18–24-month period.

You will immerse yourself in the Ads business, deliver business-critical insights, and help teams push strategic initiatives forward with cross-functional execution.

US: $124000 - $177000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA or graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working with complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• Experience leverage AI tools for advanced problem-solving, and present actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
