Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE). You will partner with FDE leadership to plan headcount, capacity, work mix, pricing and measurement, and manage business reviews.

You will model demand and capacity and build dashboards to drive decisions across teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. You will work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Applied AI, taking hands-on ownership of models, reports, and

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations within professional services, implementation, or forward deployed teams.
• Understanding of utilization, staffing mix, rates, backlog and margins and their impact on outcomes.
• Ability to build capacity or staffing models from scratch and pull data with SQL.
• Experience running planning cycles and business reviews for senior leaders and producing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own FDE's annual and quarterly plan including headcount by region and role.
• Model demand, capacity, and staffing scenarios for leadership decisions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and deliver KPI materials for leadership.
• Build reporting with Revenue Operations and Data Science to automate engagement data.
