Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead in the Americas Large Customer Sales organization. You will drive cross-functional programs, define go-to-market strategies, and own end-to-end project delivery with limited guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA degree preferred.
• 2 years in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media.
• 2 years creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to translate and articulate business problems into clear requirements.
• Ability to influence across levels and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate a strategic cadence to ensure operational efficiency and delivery of results.
• Define and monitor KPIs; build scalable reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Cultivate high-trust partnerships to synchronize priorities and remove friction.
• Drive execution by crafting business cases to influence product roadmaps and adoption.
• Apply industry and product expertise to identify growth opportunities and GTM improvements.
