Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Share Practice Architect for the Agentic Data Cloud to define global GTM strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and shape the strategic plan with sales, engineering, and ecosystem teams.

You will partner with executives to align resources, design incentive structures, and drive adoption of data analytics and AI platforms. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years in GTM strategy, business planning, product management, or tech leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling global, full-funnel GTM motions across multiple functions.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and aligning senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence annual and quarterly GTM strategy and planning for Agentic Data Cloud, shaping org design, capacity, accounts, incentives, and priorities.
• Define and execute a unified, full-funnel business motion with cross-functional teams from pipeline to consumption.
• Architect industry- and platform-led plays, targeting models, offers, and value frameworks for field teams.
• Engage with enterprise executives on strategic agreements and inform roadmaps with customer and field feedback.
• Run global operating cadence for portfolio, pipeline velocity, win rates, and adoption trends.
