Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs.
• Maintain global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details.
• Support day-to-day administration across Parloa’s GTM Enablement tools, including Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio.
• Keep enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership.
• Triage incoming enablement requests, route them to the right owners, and help keep routine field requests moving.
• Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events, including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show prep.
