Fireworks is seeking a GTM Planning Lead to translate strategy into capacity plans, quotas, and incentive design supporting direct and partner motions. You’ll influence revenue predictability and long-term growth across global markets.

You will design capacity plans (HC and GPU), build analytic frameworks, and collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership to model scenarios for annual and long-range planning.

Formación

• 6+ years in GTM planning, quota setting, and/or productivity-related revenue operations work streams.
• Significant experience in go-to-market design & sales planning.
• Experience interacting with C-suite Executives and Leaders at VP level.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with high-value insights.
• BA/BS degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or quantitative field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• GTM Planning, Capacity & Quotas: design and drive annual Go-To-Market planning for COO org.
• Lead GTM capacity planning and target-setting across Sales, Field Engineering and CS.
• Develop target-setting methodologies grounded in market opportunity and performance.
• Model capacity needs, ramp assumptions, productivity, and hiring for planning horizons.
• Establish planning frameworks and analytics to monitor capacity and quota attainment.
• Forecast GPU demand and align with GPU management team.
