Job summary

Writer is seeking a go-to-market sales recruiter to scale our GTM team. You will source, screen, and hire enterprise candidates who align with our values and drive growth.

This is a 6-month contract role based in San Francisco or New York City with hybrid or remote options, reporting to the VP, talent. You will partner with sales leadership, own the full lifecycle, and use data to improve hiring speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, focused on GTM roles.
• Proven sourcing skills using various tools to engage top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates to build a strong GTM pipeline.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for fit and stack.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and update on progress.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation.
• Leverage metrics to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire.
