WRITER is seeking a results-driven GTM recruiter to scale our sales hiring for enterprise and strategic roles. You will source, screen, and hire candidates aligned with our growth strategy and company values, partnering with hiring managers across sales to deliver top talent.

This 6-month contract role offers hybrid/remote work with offices in San Francisco or New York City. You will report to the VP, talent, and play a pivotal part in fueling WRITER's expansion as the leader in enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, focused on GTM functions.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify top enterprise candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze recruitment data and drive improvements.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for AI and WRITER values.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive GTM candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation.
• Leverage metrics to optimize hiring速度 and quality of hire.
• Contribute to employer branding through compelling JD and social presence.
• Drive hiring velocity across a growing sales organization without compromising quality.
