Job summary

Motive is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Analyst to transform how our Sales organization uses data. You’ll build KPI dashboards, perform recurring and ad-hoc analysis, and drive data-driven decisions to fuel growth across GTM initiatives.

You’ll partner with GTM leadership, create an Insights Newsletter, and champion scalable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total professional experience, 3+ years at a tech company in an analytics-focused role.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel).
• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (or similar dashboarding tools).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the KPI Executive Scorecard: design and maintain a global dashboard showing KPIs and sales metrics.
• Create Sales Performance Data Reporting and Analysis: recurring and ad-hoc reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deep Dive Efficiency Modeling: analyze KPIs driving efficiency across GTM metrics (Churn, LTV:CAC, pipeline coverage).
• Insights Newsletter: collaborate on a monthly newsletter highlighting GTM trends.
• Collaboration: align dashboards with GTM leadership and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: iterate dashboards based on user feedback.
• Operational Excellence: build reusable components, automate processes, document best practices.
