Protege is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own Salesforce architecture, revenue processes, forecasting, and data integrity across the full funnel. You’ll engineer the GTM stack, build automations, and connect systems like Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics to deliver reliable revenue visibility.

You are hands-on, with deep Salesforce expertise and fluency in modern GTM tooling, APIs, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise including architecture and administration.
• Proficient with modern GTM tooling, automation platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled tools.
• Builder mindset; comfortable implementing scalable systems and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Own Salesforce architecture, configuration, and long-term scalability.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations across the GTM stack.
• Define and operationalize qualification criteria and opportunity stage definitions.
• Design forecasting frameworks and monitor pipeline standards and velocity.
• Standardize KPI definitions and build dashboards for revenue performance.
• Own lead routing and multi-source lifecycle transitions across events, communities, and inbound.
• Act as the glue between Marketing and Sales, translating strategy into working systems.
