Baseten is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us grow our Sales team and scale the go-to-market recruiting function from the ground up. You will own full-cycle hiring from kickoff to offer, shaping strategies, processes, and candidate experience as we build the future of ML infrastructure at Baseten.

This remote-first role emphasizes sourcing excellence, collaboration with sales leadership, and data-driven recruitment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for Sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring goals and recruiting process from role kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership.
• Improve recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform strategies and decisions.
