Job summary

Coast is hiring a Senior Recruiter (GTM) to lead end-to-end recruiting for our Go-To-Market teams in New York City. You will partner with senior leadership to source, assess, and close exceptional GTM talent that accelerates Coast’s growth in fintech and B2B payments.

You’ll own designing sourcing strategies, interviewing, and pipeline analytics while advancing employer branding and candidate experience. This hybrid NYC role requires in-office presence 3–4 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with GTM focus.
• Proven track record hiring top GTM talent balancing speed and quality.
• AI-native mindset; using AI tools daily (e.g., Claude, BrightHire).
• Strong analytical instincts; ability to pull metrics and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting pipeline from sourcing to close for GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders as a consultative partner; build job descriptions and interview plans.
• Create sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives; manage funnel metrics.
• Operate across recruiting tools and close candidates with compelling storytelling.
