Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a scaling global technology organization to recruit a GTM-focused recruiter. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment who wants to grow their skillset internally and influence hiring strategy.

The position is onsite in Manhattan with up to $110K base and opportunities for bonus and equity. You will support senior hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, develop pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles, and leverage metrics

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads with strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and consultative partnership skills.
• Able to adapt when priorities shift and own outcomes.
• Experience with GTM roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high standards for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Support senior hiring managers and HR business partners on hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven candidate assessments and hiring recommendations.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics to identify hiring bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with compensation and HR teams on offer strategy, leveling, and candidate negotiations.
