AssemblyAI is building a GTM recruiting function as we scale, hiring Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and partnerships worldwide. We’re seeking a results-driven Recruiter who can own a portfolio of GTM roles from intake to close, moving quickly in a meritocratic environment that values ownership and impact.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-enabled tools to source talent at volume, conduct efficient screens, and partner with managers to calibrate profiles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with GTM experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience hiring 25+ GTM hires per year across levels, from SDR to senior AE.
• Strong passive sourcing using multiple channels and AI-assisted methods.
• Familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 GTM roles at a time from intake to offer.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, and events.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research and candidate messaging.
• Conduct Zoom screens to assess pipeline, technical fluency, and coachability.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and drive interview loops.
• Manage offers end-to-end, including OTE and commissions conversations.
• Maintain accurate funnel data in Greenhouse and deliver a strong candidate experience.
