Job summary

Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across non-technical roles, with a heavy focus on building a world-class sales team.

You will own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, build scalable sourcing engines, and partner with founders to define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs. This on-site role is based in NYC or SF and offers a base salary range of $160,000 to $215,000 plus a comprehensive compensation package.

What you’ll do

Who you are

Experience hiring exceptional sales and marketing talent at fast-growing startups, ideally based in NYC

A full-cycle closer, from writing the job description to negotiating and signing the offer

Creative sourcer with a real network and the persistence to build one where it does not exist

Data- and process-minded, tracking time to fill, source yield, and knowing how to unblock bottlenecks

High-agency, persuasive, and comfortable pushing for speed without sacrificing quality

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC or SF office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $215,000 (NYC and SF). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
