Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Proven track record hiring GTM roles in a competitive market.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills for high-velocity pipelines.
• Data-informed, using funnel metrics to drive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches for mid-level GTM roles: intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and share market data.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
• Design structured, competency-based interview processes and debriefs.
• Maintain a high bar for candidate experience at every stage.
• Leverage AI tools where they add real workflow leverage.]
