You will build high-quality pipelines, partner with hiring managers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Ops, and keep searches moving with clear communication.

You’ll leverage modern recruiting tech and AI, including Ashby, to automate workflows and improve hiring outcomes at a fast-growing health AI company.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill open roles and deliver a positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market, Operations, and Business roles.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and talent communities.
• Deliver an exceptional hiring process with clear communication and disciplined pipeline management.
• Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other functions to understand needs and calibrate interviews.
• Continuously improve recruiting using data, feedback, and market insights.
• Leverage Ashby and AI-powered tools to automate workflows and improve candidate engagement.
