Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a GTM Project Manager for a 12-month, fully remote assignment in the United States. You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across the SaaS customer lifecycle, coordinating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to drive execution and optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS/tech project management, GTM experience, and a track record of managing multiple cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in SaaS/tech or high-growth B2B settings.
• GTM experience in Sales, RevOps, Sales Strategy or Sales Operations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Experience defining scope, timelines, milestones, stakeholders, risks and dependencies.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, PM or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently: planning, execution, implementation, and handoff to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, reporting structures, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product.
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, scope changes, and contingencies.
• Prepare stakeholder updates, status reports, and risk assessments for senior leadership.

We are currently seeking a GTM Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description

• Pay: $46.67 – 48.28/hr (W2)


• 12-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need


• 100% remote role, open to any U.S. time zone


• You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience, driving retention, and improving operational efficiency across the SaaS customer lifecycle


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project planning, execution, implementation, and handoff, while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope and budget


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, reporting structures, and governance processes to support successful project delivery


• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Product to align stakeholders and drive execution


• Proactively identify project risks, manage dependencies and scope changes, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues to maintain project timelines


• Prepare stakeholder updates, status reports, and risk assessments while communicating project progress and key milestones to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth B2B environment is required.


• Experience within Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, particularly Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations, strongly preferred


• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery


• Experience defining project scope, developing timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and managing project risks and dependencies


• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field required


• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus but not required
