Scout AI is building the first defense-specific robotic foundation model and is seeking a GTM Program Manager. You will own end-to-end go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success, driving adoption and revenue growth while keeping teams aligned and moving quickly.

You will thrive in ambiguity, build lightweight systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launch plans with clear milestones and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives.
• Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Build launch plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery.
• Improve GTM processes while minimizing overhead.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
• Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics.
